Love makes the world go 'round. Love provides a reason for living, a purpose for daily activities, a glint in your eyes, a smile on your lips, and a focus outside of your own individual thoughts and feelings. I hardly ever pay attention to my body. I rarely exercise and I eat what I feel like eating, not always healthy and nutritious food.

I do care about my body at times, but I only exercise intermittently or not at all and my diet could use improvement.

I have been involved with diet, health and wellness programs that work for awhile as long as I remain motivated and practice on my own, but my motivation rarely lasts.

2. My emotions tell my story – I have created healing and love with my emotions....

My emotions are often blocked so that I sometimes feel numb or my emotions can be very strong and I have trouble controlling them.

I talk about my problemsto let off steam or I find someone else to blame or to solve my problems for me.

I attempt to solve my own problems on my own or with the assistance of a caring friend, a neutral associate or I seek professional help when I know I need it.

4. My brain and its neural networks are malleable and can be altered – I have created new neural networks by understanding my own brain maps and creating healing and love as I de-activate my negative thought processes....

I have no clue about how to create new synapses and new neural networks. I am not comfortable exploring new emotional or physical realms, so I prefer to participate mostly in familiar activities with predictable outcomes.

I sometimes participate in new activities, learn new skills, and even use positive affirmations to stimulate my brain in a positive direction.

I understand how my brain functions and I may sometimes, or even often, use techniques to create new brain patterns, but I do not have an organized system to regularly create new neural pathways.

8. We are social beings by nature -- I have created social networks that include my family, or include friends and intimate partners who feel like family, to support the goals and dreams I have for my life....

I am basically isolated with few or no family, social or business contacts and networks.

I have intermittent social contact with a few family members, one or two friends and/or a few business or work associates.

I have many social contacts, which may include family, social and business networks that sometimes provide understanding, mentoring and support.

I use a customized Social Family Networking Process with professional support to create healing and love and mutually beneficial and supportive relationships in all areas of my life.

9. Love and intimacy make the world go round -- I easily create healing and love for myself and my partner through open and loving communication which helps me to create and sustain mutually meaningful intimacy in my closest romantic relationships....

I prefer not to be in an intimate relationship, or I have difficulty meeting potential partners, or my relationships tend to be difficult, volatile and emotionally upsetting.

I have difficulty being emotionally intimate or dealing with my partner's behavior, attitude, and/or emotional responses.

I have sometimes created love and happiness in my intimate relationships and if the problems seem too difficult, I may seek professional help.

I regularly practice a customized loving relationship process with professional support, to help me create healing, love and mutually satisfying relationships with everyone in my life, including my intimate partners.

10. We are all energetically connected to each other and to the creative source -- I have consciously used the steps of the creative process and my knowledge of the law of attraction to remain calm and centered as I create healing and love in my life....

I do not believe there is one creative source or that there is a law of attraction. We control our circumstances or someone else controls them for us.

I occasionally feel a sense of spiritual or energetic connection and I have even felt as if was in the flow of the creative process, but difficult people and challenging life circumstances often cause me to doubt.

I have strong spiritual and/or religious beliefs and connections that provide the support I need to sustain me, help me to overcome difficulties, and sometimes help me create what I want in my life.
